The British Hillclimb Championship has issued a provisional calendar for the 2023 season.

Fresh off the back of a thrilling campaign in which Wallace Menzies claimed a third successive title over Alex Summers after a showdown for the crown at Loton Park last week, the series has already started to look towards the future.

The 2023 campaign begins with a triple header – three events in three weeks – beginning at Prescott on 23-23 April, before travelling to Craigantlet (29 April) and Harewood (7 May).

Next is the trip to the south west, and Gurston Down (27-28 May), before the first of two visits to the iconic Shelsley Walsh on 3-4 June. A fortnight later is Doune (17-18 June).

Harewood (1-2), Bouley Bay (19), Val des Terres (22) and Wiscombe Park (29-30) all host events as summer rolls in across July, before another trip to Shelsley Walsh on 12-13 August.

Two trips to Loton Park bookend a return to Prescott to conclude the season, on 26-27 August, 2-3 September and 23-24 September respectively.
