Motorsport UK Black Friday Offers – Terms and Conditions 

  1. General

1.1. All purchases made under the Motorsport UK Black Friday Offers (“the Offers”) are subject to Motorsport UK’s Standard Terms of Sale, which can be found online. 

1.2. By participating in the Offers, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

  1. Offer Details

2.1. The Offers provide 20% off any race, rally, or kart starter pack purchased through Motorsport UK’s official website during the Offer Period. 

2.2. The Offers are valid from 08:00 GMT on 14 November 2025 until 23:59 GMT on 2 December 2025 (“the Offer Period”), subject to availability. 

  1. Eligibility and Limitations

3.1. The Offers are available to UK residents aged 18 or over. 

3.2. The Offers apply to online purchases only made via the Motorsport UK website. 

3.3. A maximum of four discounted starter packs may be purchased per order and per person. 

3.4. Motorsport UK–approved schools and training providers and their affiliated or employed or associated personnel are not eligible to use the discount. 

3.5. The Offers cannot be exchanged for cash, are non-transferable, and cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases. 

3.6. Products purchased under the Offers must not be purchased for resale purposes. 

  1. Availability

4.1. All products are offered subject to stock availability. Motorsport UK reserves the right to withdraw or vary the Offers at any time without notice. 

  1. Amendments and Cancellation

5.1. Motorsport UK reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, suspend, or 

cancel the Offers at its sole discretion, for example in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control. 

  1. Liability

6.1. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit Motorsport UK’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. 

6.2. Subject to the above, Motorsport UK shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury 

arising from participation in the Offers or reliance on any promotional materials. 

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

7.1. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. 

7.2. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such disputes.
