FIA Girls on Track UK is proud to extend its partnership with Enovation Consulting for 2024. Dumarey Flybrid, formerly known as PUNCH Flybrid, will also continue its support of Girls on Track UK for another year to facilitate inspirational STEM-based activities at the ever-successful school days.

Founded by Dr Cristiana Pace in 2018, Enovation Consulting is a specialist sustainability and strategic management consultancy supporting sports venues and sports rights holders to embed environmental and social best practice into their organisations. Dumarey Flybrid’s energy storage and management systems assists their customers who are operating equipment on dynamic duty cycles. Dumarey Flybrid products save energy and reduce power supply requirements which allows them to save CO2 emissions and costs.

Among a range of other services, both companies create and deliver activations and community engagement initiatives connected to sustainability and STEM. The activities created for Girls on Track UK by Dumarey and Enovation Consulting, include a Lego building and coding challenge, both of which continue to be a highlight of any Girls on Track UK school activity day.

Hugh Chambers, Motorsport UK CEO, commented, “Girls on Track UK continues to grow in strength, with more than 1,000 school aged girls introduced to the challenges and rewards of motorsport in 2023 alone. Key to our success in engaging with the girls – and continuing to capture their imagination beyond that first touchpoint – is the programme of activities over the course of that day. For that, we have to thank Enovation Consulting and Dumarey, who have provided the girls with dynamic, interactive engineering activities that entertain and inspire. We very much look forward to working with them both and continuing the momentum of Girls on Track UK.”

Dr Cristiana Pace, Founder and CEO of Enovation Consulting, said; We are delighted to renew our partnership with Girls on Track UK. We look forward to working with them and Dumarey Flybrid once again to inspire yet more young girls in STEM and showcase the engineering behind motorsport.”

Tobias Knichel, Managing Director of Dumarey Flybrid, added “Supporting the Girls on Track UK programme is one of the important measures that Dumarey Flybrid and the wider Dumarey Group is driving to encourage diversity in STEM based professions. We want girls to see it in order to believe it. The Girls on Track activities that Dumarey Flybrid is supporting are designed for the girls to experience what they can achieve by applying their STEM knowledge on fun activities. It is an important building stone to encourage more women to take up important positions in our engineering & manufacturing driven businesses.
