1. Motorsport UK is the owner of the competition and has the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. ‘Girls on Track UK’ is a style and or get-up of Motorsport UK whether used alone or on conjunction with any other words or form or style or Motorsport UK property.
2. This competition will be live on the FIA Girls on Track UK Community private group on Facebook.
3. This competition is open to Girls on Track UK Community members.
4. Only one entry per person is permitted.
5. The competition prize is taking part in the “Let’s Go Electric” event with Veloce and Motorsport UK Girls on Track UK on Tuesday 17 August 2021 (11am-2pm)
6. Motorsport UK Girls on Track UK will choose eight (8) winners from the entries, with each winner being awarded the Prize.
7. Any expenses incurred by the winner or any other party in relation to the Prize will not be payable by Motorsport UK Girls on Track UK.
8. Delivery of the Prize will be effected in a manner at Motorsport UK Girls on Track UK’s discretion.
9. Entrants aged between 10-14 years old must have permission from a parent or guardian aged 18+ to enter the competition and all entrants must be current residents of the United Kingdom.
10. Motorsport UK Girls on Track UK will contact the competition winner via email. If the winner does not respond within 24 hours to claim the prize that winner shall forfeit the Prize and Motorsport UK Girls on Track UK shall choose a new winner.
11. Motorsport UK Girls on Track UK will seek permission from a parent or guardian aged 18+ in writing to request publishing the entrant’s submission videos for social media content.
12. The Prize cannot be refunded or exchanged for any cash amount nor exchanged for any other goods or services nor can the Prize be sold or transferred by the winner to any other person.
13. The entrant including any parent and or guardian where applicable confirms permission for Motorsport UK Girls on Track UK to request and use their personal data as necessary for the limited purposes of this competition including the publication of their name and / or likeness where applicable.
14. Should the competition entry include the submission of a third party’s personal data the entrant confirms they have the permission of that third party to do so and that these Terms and Conditions have been brought to that persons’ attention.
15. Motorsport UK Girls on Track UK may have to share the personal data of any competition winner and guest with third parties for the purpose of issuing the Prize.
16. The competition ends Monday 9^th August 2021 at 12:00pm BST and eight (8) winners will be picked and notified on Wednesday 11 August 2021.
17. Motorsport UK Girls on Track UK have the right to cancel and withdraw the competition at any time.
18. Any entry that is incomplete or which contains offensive material or is otherwise spoiled shall be discarded and or rejected as not complying with these Terms and Conditions and shall be void.
19. Motorsport UK Girls on Track will not enter into any correspondence concerning the Prize and or Competition.
20. By entering the Competition the entrant agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
