If you have dreamed of representing your country, now could be your time as registration is open for the Tri-Nations Cup, which brings the age-old sporting rivalry between the UK, Australia and New Zealand to the track on iRacing, in partnership with Next level Racing.

The competition will run in two phases – a 24-hour pre-event qualification time attack on 23 July and the main event itself on 6 August.

Pre-qualifying gets underway at 9am on 23 July.

The 10 drivers with the fastest lap times from the pre-event session, which runs for just 24 hours and utilises the Ferrari 488 GT3 EVO with a fixed setup to ensure a level playing field, will then have the opportunity to represent Great Britain in the showdown in August.

Using iRacing’s accurately-rendered versions of Mount Panorama Circuit – home of Australia’s great race, the Bathurst 1000 – and Silverstone’s Grand Prix circuit, the event will consist of two 30-minute races, with a contest apiece at each location.

Those successful in making the main event must be registered with Motorsport UK and have a paid Esports membership.

Courtesy of Next Level Racing, a fantastic selection of prizes are on offer for both the Regional Award Winners and the Overall Winner of the event. The regional champions will each receive a Next Level Racing GTTrack Simulator, and the overall event winner will take home a Next Level Racing Elite Lite Wheel Plate Edition plus a Next Level Racing ES1 Elite Seat.

Formula Racing Group will provide live and on-demand coverage of the event on their YouTube channel.
