Simon Joyston-Bechal

Dr Simon Joyston-Bechal, a leading specialist regulatory defence lawyer, was appointed by the Motorsport UK Board to the honorary position of Observer to the Board of Directors.  

Having previously qualified as a doctor, Simon has over 29 years of experience as a solicitor and is widely regarded as one of the UK’s leading health and safety lawyers. 

Furthermore, his expertise also covers environmental defence, fire safety, trading standards, product safety, food safety, white collar crime, judicial review, human rights and commercial litigation.
