We’re excited to introduce a new way to help our community find and share training opportunities.
We’ll be hosting a centralised, publicly accessible Training Events Calendar on the Motorsport UK Learning Hub. It’s open to all licensed and registered Officials and Marshals, making it easier for volunteers across the country to discover the training they need, when they need it.
If you’re running training events this year, we’d love you to share them with the community by adding them to the calendar using the form below:
Training Events Calendar
Listing your event is completely optional, but it’s a great way to help more volunteers access your training and to showcase the excellent work happening across our clubs.
To include your event on the Calendar, please prepare the following:
A cover image or Club logo
A delegate registration form or dedicated contact email address so volunteers can register or request further information
Please note that the calendar helps people discover your event, but it does not replace your own booking process.
One of the key features of the calendar is the ability to search by training module. We’ll use the modules selected on your BMT Grant application to categorise your event. If you need to update these, just let us know and we’ll be happy to help. If you haven’t applied for a BMT Grant, you can add the modules when submitting your event details. Both in person and online training can be promoted through the calendar.
We hope that this will be a useful tool for volunteers to find and access the training they need and for yourselves to better advertise your training events in future.
