British Hill Climb Championship – Rounds 23 & 24 at Prescott

With only six rounds left of the British Hill Climb Championship, the next two rounds at Prescott could be the opportunity for the drivers to secure their position in the standings. Sean Gould continued to impress in the last round at Shelsley Walsh, managing to take the first day win by just 0.15 seconds. However, Scott Moran presented a challenge for Gould and other multiple round winner Wallace Menzies on the second day, with Moran leading in Round 22.

Motorsport UK British Sporting Trials Championship – Stuart Butterfield Round at Edenhall/Robin Jager Round at North Pennines

After a few months since the last round, the British Sporting Trials Championship is back. Ian Veale claimed the win at the Northern Phoenix Trials Car Club’s Pennine trial, as well as becoming the first driver to win both the British Championship round and the 2020 BTRDA Gold Star in over a decade.

This weekend’s events take place in Edenhall for the Stuart Butterfield Round (Saturday 4^th September), followed by the Robin Jager Round in the North Pennines (Sunday 5th September).

Motorsport UK British Autotest Championship – Juniper Autotest

The entries are in for this weekend’s Juniper Autotest, part of the British Autotest Championship. As is stands, Alastair Moffat leads overall by 11 points but Malcolm Livingston continues to narrow the gap with each round.

Motorsport UK 2021 English Rally Championship and Motorsport UK Welsh Rally Championship – Woodpecker Rally at Ludlow Racecourse

The English and Welsh Rally Championships head to the Ludlow Racecourse for an action-packed weekend of rallying. After a successful run at the Nicky Grist Stages earlier in the year, Callum Black and Jack Morton will start at number one in their Fiesta R5 this Saturday and set the bar for the rest of the rally drivers.

British Historic Rally Championship – Three Shires Rally

The British Historic Rally Championship will make its return to rallying since 2019, starting at the Hills Ford Three Shires Stages rally which will host the first of three qualifying rounds happening this year. The closed road rally event based in Malvern is sure to test the abilities of these talented rally drivers and their incredible cars.

2021 Protyre Motorsport UK Asphalt Rally Championship – Hills Ford Three Shires Rally

The 2021 Asphalt Rally Championship is well underway, with the drivers heading to Gloucestershire to compete in the Three Shires Rally. Last week saw the return of the championship, with Melvyn Evans charging to victory in his Skoda Fabia R5 at the Mewla Rally.

After a successful start to the 2021 season, Evans will be pushing himself and his car to the absolute limit to secure another win.

FIA Formula 1 Heineken Dutch Grand Prix at Circuit Zandvoort

After an unexpected delay due to the global pandemic, the current crop of Formula 1 drivers will finally get to race at Zandvoort for the first time at this weekend’s 2021 Dutch Grand Prix. All eyes will be on local hero Max Verstappen, who secured pole position at the Belgium Grand Prix last weekend ahead of current championship leader Lewis Hamilton.

Will Verstappen add to his race wins this weekend, or can British drivers Lewis Hamilton or George Russell, who claimed his first-ever podium finish in Formula 1 last weekend, take the top spot?

W Series at Circuit Zandvoort

The W Series drivers will take to the Zandvoort track alongside the Formula 1 drivers, with Jamie Chadwick looking to maintain her current championship lead ahead of fellow British driver Alice Powell. The twisting 2.6 mile track is sure to test the abilities of these drivers and their cars, especially the 19 degree banking around Turn 3.

FIA Formula 3 at Circuit Zandvoort

This weekend also sees the penultimate round of the Formula 3 championship at Zandvoort. The previous round at Spa-Francorchamps saw Australian driver Jack Doohan secure two race wins, with the other won by Campos Racing driver Lorenzo Colombo. British driver Ollie Caldwell currently holds P7 in the standings but has the opportunity this weekend to move his way up the standings.
