We are looking for two enthusiastic and organised Club & Volunteer Administrators to join our Club & Volunteer Development Team:
The Club & Volunteer Development Team is at the heart of supporting and developing the motorsport community. We promote quality, continuous improvement, teamwork, and high performance by coordinating learning and development opportunities for volunteer Marshals and Officials, as well as supporting Regions and Clubs across the UK.
The Club & Volunteer Administrator plays a key role in supporting the development and day-to-day engagement of Clubs and Volunteers. The role contributes to initiatives that strengthen capability, sustainability, and effectiveness, while also providing responsive support and guidance to ensure a smooth and positive experience. Through this, the position helps ensure that motorsport remains safe, fair, inclusive, and enjoyable for all.

Join Our Team as a Sporting Assistant at Motorsport UK!
The Sporting department at Motorsport UK plays a key role in facilitating a safe, fair, and fun experience for the motorsport community. This involves ensuring the governance and regulations of the sport are relevant and suitable, as well as reviewing the current landscape of participation, with a view to encouraging greater and sustained enjoyment.
The Sporting Assistantwill play a key role in supporting the day-to-day functioning of the Sporting department, placing a particular emphasis supporting the Circuit-Sport disciplines and specifically assisting with the successful management of Circuit Racing and the Speed Event Disciplines.
The team constantly measures the governance of the sport with a view to protecting fairness and safety of all participants. Sporting is proactive in reviewing, revising, and developing the current landscape of participation, with a view to encouraging greater and sustained enjoyment. The Team work with Safety and Sporting colleagues ensuring regulations are relevant, justifiable, and cost effective with a focus on development of discipline strategies.
Professional administration and support to the wider community, including a high-quality network of support to Clubs and Organisers, is essential to the long-term sustainability of the sport.
