HR Advisor

Salary Range: £40,000 – £45,000 pa

An opportunity has arisen to join the Motorsport UK team as a HR Advisor.

Motorsport UK is committed to developing and maintaining a high-performance culture through the delivery of an aligned people strategy.

Reporting to the HR & Operations Director, the HR Advisor will be responsible for delivering the end-to-end HR service, including recruitment, onboarding, all HR administration, employee relations and payroll.

The candidate will need to be a generalist in nature with a knowledge of all HR disciplines.

Front of House Receptionist

Salary Range: £24,000 – £26,000 pa

An opportunity has arisen to join the Motorsport UK team as a Front of House Receptionist.

This role is the first point of contact for any external person interacting with Motorsport UK either on the telephone, in person or in writing. As a membership organisation we aim to provide a first-class level of response to all enquiries. In addition, the role offers the opportunity to support the Operations team and, in some cases, other departments to gain a full understanding of the organisation and provide critical administrative support.

Digital Content Lead (9-12 Months FTC)

Salary Range: £35,000 – £40,000 pa

An opportunity has arisen to join the Motorsport UK team as a Digital Content Lead.

Motorsport UK is changing the digital positioning of the organisation through a new CRM and public facing digital experience.

Motorsport UK is a member organisation, and it’s pivotal that everything we do is member centric, putting their needs and requirements at the forefront. Our community have spoken, and highlighted pain points with Motorsport UK’s existing digital footprint and we know anecdotally prospective competitors and volunteers struggle to identify ways into the sport.

We are seeking to create a futureproof, mobile first, digital experience for existing members to seamlessly engage with the organisation through SSO, personalised portals and event, club and coach finders. In this way we aim to enhance the way prospective members engage and find their way into the sport.

We call this project a Digital Experience because it is beyond a website. We want to set the foundation for a digital sport for Motorsport UK so we can develop and grow the organisation.

The Digital Content Lead will work with an appointed agency and play a crucial role in creating captivating content that aligns with the projects goals and resonates with the target audience.
