We are excited to announce that an opportunity has arisen to join our Learning & Development team as a Volunteer Development Officer.
The primary focus for the successful candidate will be to act as the first point of contact for new and existing Volunteer Marshals, answering queries and providing appropriate support; to carry out the administration of the Volunteer Marshal development process; and to support and deliver strategic programmes related to the recruitment, retention, and recognition of Volunteer Marshals.
