Cath Bishop, triple Olympian and former British diplomat, now working as a leadership and culture coach, is the next confirmed panel speaker for Motorsport UK’s Get The Edge Performance Masterclass, on 2 September.

The online masterclass will offer three two-hour sessions, delivered by elite speakers competing at a professional level across a range of sports and Olympic disciplines.

Cath competed in rowing at three Olympic Games, winning World Championships gold in 2003 and Olympic silver in Athens 2004. As a diplomat for the British Foreign Office for 12 years, Cath specialized in policy and negotiations on conflict issues, with postings to Bosnia and Iraq.

Her book ‘The Long Win’ was one of the FT’s top 10 Business books of 2020. Cath is an Honorary Fellow at the Judge Business School, Cambridge University and teaches on topics of team performance, leadership and building thriving workplace cultures.
