Enovation Consulting will once again act as a supporting partner for FIA Girls on Track UK, in addition to supporting Motorsport UK’s Race with Diversity programme.

Founded by Dr Cristiana Pace in 2018, Enovation Consulting is a specialist sustainability and strategic management consultancy supporting sports venues and sports rights holders to embed environmental and social best practice into their organisations.

Among a range of other services, both companies create and deliver activations and community engagement initiatives connected to sustainability and STEM. The activities created for Girls on Track UK by Enovation Consulting, include a Lego building and coding challenge, both of which continue to be a highlight of any school activity day.

This insight and expertise will be of huge benefit to Race for Diversity, as it continues to work with local schools across London, Leeds, Manchester, and Birmingham, offering hands on STEM activities, career sessions, and inspirational school trips for young people from underrepresented, racially diverse, and low socio-economic backgrounds.
