Motorsport UK is celebrating one year since the launch of its Inclusion Hub, a platform created to support greater inclusion and accessibility across motorsport.
Since its launch, the Inclusion Hub has reached more than 34,000 individuals and shared over 120 opportunities across the sport. The platform now showcases around 30 organisations that are committed to making motorsport more inclusive, with six new organisations joining over the past year.
The Inclusion Hub provides a central point of access to pathways into motorsport, helping individuals to build networks, gain experience and access careers advice. By bringing together opportunities from across the sport, the Hub continues to play an important role in breaking down barriers and widening participation.
Alongside its digital growth, the Inclusion Hub has also engaged audiences in person, exhibiting at Autosport International, where the platform was officially launched, as well as the Goodwood Festival of Speed and Anglesey Autofest Streetcar Festival. At each event, Motorsport UK spoke directly with attendees about the wide range of roles, pathways and opportunities available within motorsport.
Motorsport UK is proud of the progress made during the Inclusion Hub’s first year and remains committed to building on this momentum. With further developments planned for 2026, the Inclusion Hub will continue to evolve in support of a more diverse and representative motorsport community.
