Wednesday 04 February 2026

Motorsport UK’s Race for Diversity programme has launched Level Up: Women in Sport, a new series designed to inspire and support the next generation of female talent across the sports industry.

Delivered in collaboration with Crystal Palace FC and Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC), the programme will support 30 young women aged 16-24, offering insight into careers across sport through behind-the-scenes access, practical workshops and direct engagement with industry professionals.

The series launches with a panel event at Selhurst Park on Monday 2 March 2026, marking the start of Women’s History Month. It is aimed at students, recent graduates and early-career professionals, with a focus on supporting young women from underserved communities who are ready to take the next step.

From April to July, participants will take part in monthly workshops, culminating in a standout experience at England Women’s first-ever Test match at Lord’s, against India, on Friday 10 July.

Applications open on Wednesday 4 February and close on Wednesday 18 February. Successful applicants will be notified on Friday 20 February.

The cohort will reflect women from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences, selected for their passion, commitment and ambition to build careers in sport.

Race for Diversity continues to drive meaningful change across motorsport, with 47% of its community made up of young girls and women from underserved backgrounds, and 65% accessing real opportunities within the industry.

Level Up: Women in Sport builds on this impact — championing inclusion, unlocking opportunity and helping shape a more diverse future for sport.
