McLaren have taken the Formula 1 constructors’ championship for the 10th time during the Singapore Grand Prix.

With six rounds remaining, McLaren can no longer be caught at the top of the championship standings. They secured the title with third and fourth places over the weekend.

It is the first time McLaren have successfully defended their constructors’ championship crown since they won four consecutive titles between 1988 and 1991, the second team in F1 history to win the title 10 times.
