Radio Controllers & Coordinators

About

Motorsport UK appoints Radio Co-ordinators for assistance in the administration of the Motorsport UK Safety and Medical frequency. Clubs may consult with these Co-ordinators over operational procedures, administrative matters and the organisation of training days.

Radio Controllers must be at least 18 years of age, Motorsport UK registered Rally Marshals at a minimum of Rally Senior Marshal level, and have attended a minimum number of Single Venue or Multi-Venue events as a radio operator.

Training

Motorsport UK Radio Controllers Training is conducted via a modular training programme, during which time the trainee is graded as a Probationary Radio Controller.
