Chris Cooper

Chris Cooper is Founder and MD of Challenge Consulting, an award-winning specialist firm delivering transformational change.  

He has worked in the profession for almost 30 years and his consulting career includes Deloitte, Ernst and Young, BDO Stoy Hayward and OASiS/Sybase. 

Chris’ management consulting experience includes strategy, transformation, new business appraisal and business performance improvement, organisational design, operating model design, change management, programme management, customer value determination and customer market segmentation.  

He has worked cross-industry, including the public sector. 

A passionate motorsport competitor, Chris has raced in the Caterham Superlights, Porsche Cup and 24Hours Nürburgring.  

Chris has a BA (Hons) in Economics from the University of Portsmouth.
